Live/Dry Blood & Bio Terrain Analysis
As humans our blood and circulation are vital for all of us. Live & Dry Blood Analysis can be an insightful and practical method to literally view the “terrain” of our blood as it relates to our general health, aging process, diet, and lifestyle patterns. This can be a practical and educational screening test to gain insight into various components of our current health status by itself. And, it can also point to directions for further diagnostic testing, if necessary.
Live Blood Analysis involves taking a sample of blood from the fingertip. It is then prepared on slides to be viewed immediately under the microscope. The blood is viewed under darkfield, phase contrast, and brightfield microscopy with high quality, modern equipment. The images are then projected onto a video screen where they can be observed and discussed in highlighted detail. For most of our patients & clients, the visual images of seeing their own “live blood” can be quite interesting and educational. With this information, a trained professional can observe certain patterns in your blood cells and surrounding tissues that are rarely observed in traditional blood testing and can be viewed as an important educational health tool.
With this information, along with a personal case history, various options might be discussed as a portal to enhance and improve your general health and well-being. Further discussion might include: dietary, nutritional/herbal supplements, and/or various types of detoxification protocols, exercise and lifestyle issues.
It is important to note that Live & Dry Blood Cell Analysis is utilized as an important screening and educational process to help view the “terrain” of the blood. This type of testing is not a substitute for and does not take the place of standard medical diagnostic blood tests, however, can be a used as a potential complement. It is not intended to be viewed as or utilized as a specific diagnosis or treatment for any specific health condition.
Bio-Terrain Analysis are a series of non-invasive tests that are done in-office and take only about 15 minutes to complete and are often done in conjunction with Live Blood Analysis. These involve checking various parameters of important physiological functions such as: positional blood pressures, breathing rates, pulse, salivary & urine pH, specific gravity, and a few others to help observe certain basic body functions. These tests allow us to observe and discuss various stages of body functions as they relate to our general health and well-being.
A typical Live & Dry Blood Analysis with a Bio-Terrain Analysis would involve the following
- Viewing and discussion of Live and Dry Blood Cell Analysis
- Discussion of findings from Bio-Terrain functional testing
- Consultation regarding specific, individual health and wellness issues, including: dietary, nutritional/herbal supplement protocols, lifestyle recommendations, and potential additional functional diagnostic testing considerations, if necessary.
NOTE: It is beneficial to fast (no eating) for a minimum of 3-4 hours before your scheduled test.
